A Fresh Start Through Partnership and Purpose

We’re proud to celebrate the completion of a renovation project at Sozabe High School in Kwa-Madlala, Port Shepstone, brought to life through collaboration, goodwill and a shared belief in the power of education.

Midway through last year, Mr Mdubo (Deputy Principal), together with the Head of Maths and Physics, Mrs Rabukana, visited Rossmin Mine to request support in repainting their school. What followed was a powerful reminder of what’s possible when people and organisations come together with a common purpose.

This project was made possible through an inspiring partnership:
• Global Solutions generously donated the paint.
• Sean Lyons of Lyons Trading covered the cost of the painting team.

Thanks to this collective effort, the renovation was completed in time for the start of the new school year, ensuring learners returned to a refreshed, upgraded, and more inspiring environment.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone involved, including Mr Mhlongo (School Principal), the painting team and business partners. It was truly a team effort and we’re grateful to have played a role in supporting a space that shapes future leaders.

Projects like these remind us that when industry, community and education work together, the results extend far beyond fresh paint, they help create environments where learners can thrive.
